Meet Orbea
Orbea started in 1840 in Eibar, in the Basque Country, and turned to building bicycles in 1931. Since 1969 it has been a worker-owned cooperative, and its bikes are produced in-house in the European Union.
Orbea is distributed in South Africa by iKhambi Distribution, and Enduroplanet is proud to stock the range in Bloemfontein.

Orbea’s cross-country race bike, refined through OOLab testing all the way to World Cup wins. Light and efficient on the climbs, with full-suspension control when the trail turns rough.

Orbea’s gravel bike, made for mixed surfaces and long days off the tar. Plenty of tyre clearance and a stable, comfortable ride, whether you are racing or exploring.
Saturday group ride
The Enduroplanet crew rides every Saturday from the shop. On showcase Saturday we roll out at 06:30 for a 2-hour social ride, then it is back to the shop for coffee and the bikes.
