Refund and Returns Policy

Product Availability

The supply of goods and services by Enduroplanet is subject to availability. Should a product become unavailable after an order has been placed, Enduroplanet will notify the customer and refund the full purchase price within 30 days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Order Cancellations

• Orders cancelled by the customer before dispatch may be subject to a 10% administration fee, which covers payment processing and administrative costs.

• Orders that have already been dispatched will be treated in accordance with the Returns Policy below.

Returns and Cooling-Off Period (CPA)

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, customers who purchase goods online are entitled to return the goods within 7 business days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• All original packaging, accessories, and labels are intact

• Proof of purchase is supplied

Return shipping costs during the cooling-off period are for the customer’s account, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If goods are delivered that are defective, damaged, or not as ordered, customers must notify Enduroplanet as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

In line with the CPA, Enduroplanet will, at its discretion:

• Repair the item

• Replace the item

• Refund the customer in full

Return and replacement shipping costs in these cases will be covered by Enduroplanet.

Warranties & Aftersales Support

Enduroplanet acts as an authorised distributor of locally and internationally sourced products.

• Manufacturer warranties and guarantees remain valid for the duration specified by the manufacturer.

• Enduroplanet and its suppliers will honour applicable warranties and provide aftersales support where required.

• Specifications, components, and product descriptions (including complete bicycles) may be subject to change by manufacturers without prior notice.
